Yes, we're talking vegetables (eat more) and starchy carbs (eat smaller portions). And fruit (eat it every day) and calorific snacks (limit to 2-3 times a week).
Instead of miserably trying to stick to what you've been told to stick to (all diets work if we can stick to them), build an eating plan that works for YOU - one that you CAN stick to. Do this by building on the basics of eating foods for health.
