On your health & wellbeing journey you'll do a one-hour virtual workshop (on Zoom) with up to 9 other people every week for 12 weeks. This is the weight-loss part of your journey - people usually lose most pounds in the first months of starting a weight loss plan.
This is the part where you learn lots of things about how to lose weight in a way that's actually doable and fun ... and, really importantly, you learn how to eat well and start to get more active in your week. |
The next part of your journey will be about supporting you in keeping the weight off! And, of course, you get to practise all those new healthy habits you started in the weight-loss part of the journey.
... And who knows, you may even be one of those people who keeps losing weight and ends up being the biggest loser in the group - we'd like to give you a prize if you are!
