The NHS has created weight loss guides that include nutrition facts and busting of myths that need busting - and the guides give you the information, tips and advice needed by you to look after your health.

Another important thing to do is to chat to others on the journey, because we can all learn from each other (including the Dietitian and Health & Wellbeing Coach!)
